Professional Representation is a Game Changer
Our priority is to help coaches build winning careers and create paths towards achieving their dreams.
Our priority is to help coaches build winning careers and create paths towards achieving their dreams.
Careers, like championships, aren’t won overnight. Coaches Resource Management has developed a three-step process to help you advance farther in your pursuit of new, more challenging, better-compensated opportunities. We call it, “Plan, Prospect, Propel.” By acting today, we can help get you where you want to be tomorrow. Our goal is to line up that next opportunity for you so when the time is right for the move, you are well positioned in advance of the hiring process.
We recognize that no two clients are the same. Those in the early to mid stages of their career may likely need a different level of support and services than someone who is more established in the profession with an existing network of strong connections. As such, we are flexible in our engagements and are willing to structure our representation agreements to best meet your particular need. The 3 most common reasons clients hire us are as follows:
Full Service Career Management
Coaches who want to avail themselves of our full suite of services, and in particular want us to aggressively market and promote them for open positions and get them in the mix for interviews.
One-Time Contract Review and/or Negotiation
Coaches who have been hired to a new job or have been offered an extension and want us to review the contract and/or handle the contract negotiation. We understand that language matters and work diligently to ensure our client's interests are protected.
End of Employment Situations
Coaches who need assistance with Separation and Release Agreements or Buyouts when their employment has come to an end.
